Bakeware Aluminized Steel Biscotti Pan

My first thought for this pan was pb crispy treats. Yep just the right size. Granted I do eyeball it + extra butter and pb in my recipe lol. But you know how sticky melted marshmallows alone are. Well, absolutely NON stick quite impressive. This unusual size should fit my frequently used Cuisinart Chef convection oven perfectly as well. Main dishes and also be handy for cakes and bread too. I am really looking forward to trying out the other USA Pans I've just gotten now. Yes, trying to downsize -purged virtually all other bakeware. So a wise investment for healthier and easier cooking and baking needs. Such well made sturdy, multipurpose, functional and long lasting USA quality pieces. Remember do NOT use cooking sprays or any sharp tools they will damage the non-stick coating. I know, it's a big adjustment for me too. But hey = saving money plus not having to replace it often. Bonus lasting family heirloom bakeware if they are wise enough to notice.

I love this pan! The size and weight are perfect and the capacity for baking biscotti is a game changer! It is sturdy and is so easy to clean. After several uses the pan is still like new and doesn't have that stickiness that sometimes develops with age. I have several of the USA Bakeware pans and I can say they are a very good value and I highly recommend them!

Like all USA pans, this one is ultra sturdy and well made. While designed as a discontinued pan, it's a great little size with many uses.

Perfectly uniformed shape and no more darker smalled pieces on the ends, you get an easy dozen thick slices or more if cutting thinner. Takes measuring guesswork out of shaping the loaves before baking and 10/10 love these pans!

This USA Pan is perfect for biscotti or small-batch breakfast cakes, foccaccia, or brownies. It is aluminized steel with a non-stick coating and does not warp. It is easy to clean with a sponge and soapy water.

After an extensive search for a non-stick, sturdy biscotti pan I ordered this pan. I have been very pleased so far.I have tried several recipes and all of them have come out of the pan easily without leaving pieces behind. I wish all of my bakeware released so well. I use a light coat of cooking spray. The pan washes up great in the sink,have not tried it in the dishwasher and probably will not do so,clean up is a snap. The pan does not warp, quite sturdy like the comercial grade chicago metallic pans. I was considering the chicago metallic biscotti pan, but really wanted non-stick. The ribbing in the USA pan helps with heat circulation and to release the biscotti. So far the coating looks durable, using silicone or teflon spatulas I expect this pan to last for many years. I make a quick run around the inside with a spatula, turn the pan upside down and the bisotti pop out in one piece. This pan makes baking biscotti so easy that I'm ordering a second pan so that I can make more than one variety at a time. My co-workers have said they've enjoyed my pan almost as much as I do because I've been keeping them supplied with fresh biscotti as I try out different recipes. I used to think making biscotti just sounded like too much bother what with shaping logs, getting the size just so, and getting the dough to bake evenly. No so with this pan, pat the dough flat in the pan and provided you can cut evenly each piece is the same size and shape. I will be checking out other USA pans.

Good size. Well made and really is non stick. Don’t like that you can’t use sharp utensils with it. Don’t soak to clean, water will accumulate in the edges/corners. Have several USA pans. This particular style was over priced. If it’s on sale would be ok, not a full price purchase unless you absolutely need this pan dimension.

Love, love this pan. It's good quality, heavy duty, and easy to clean. I use it for my homemade biscuits and they come our perfect!

As with all USA Pans, this is well constructed. Personally, I don't use it for biscotti, I use a half sheet pan for that, but this has other good uses. Worth the money.

These pans allow for a consistent size & shape of biscotti. Love them!!

I use this as multipurpose pan. Excellent for making hot dog buns ( won't be as good as the hot dog bun pan from USA pan) , rectangular Foccacia, or cookies. Just use your imagination. Expensive but worth it. Take proper care in mild washing and immediately wipe dry and will last for decades and still look BEAUTIFUL:)
