The SaltStick Electrolyte FastChews 60 or 120 count initially seem expensive. The expense is quick to fade because they actually work and quickly making them ideal for heat, sports, running or health conditions like pots. While you can take traditional salt pills its also a good idea to have the soft fast chews on hand when needed or if you are having difficulty. They are a good size and fit easily in a small tube like container to carry easily in a bag pocket. There are other brands that do not provide the same content and do not work as well if at all. In a bind you want to make sure you use a reliable product that will assist you in your time of need. Would definitely recommend to others for use during important events.

I buy these regularly for my teen to take before playing tennis and likes these better than a liquid version of electroytes. They are easy for them to carry a in bag, don't take up a lot of room. They have tried other flavors and likes the lemon/lime the best.

I have ran my 8mile and 10mile run with the salt stick and I love them. I can feel the difference on my runs with energy and mood when I take them. My stomach is so sensitive and it doesn’t mess with mine. Easy to chew. 10/10 recommend

The tablets are soggy. I’ve had other ones where they are crisp. But they work for ke they don’t taste good but easy to carry and use during my matches.

The taste is good. Works quickly . My leg cramps have stopped since using these……I get busy and do not drink enough water and these help. Not to be used as a substitute for water or fluids. I garden in the Tx sun and I always use these in addition to my fluid intake.

I originally bought these tabs a couple of years ago for a section hike on the Appalachian Trail. They were great, remaining palatable (arguably even tasty) even though the high humidity changed their texture a bit. I've taken them on dozens of hikes since, including to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and back up, and I trust them to keep me properly fueled with electrolytes in tough conditions. This particular order was for daily use, as I now work in a hot kitchen in a hot desert. So far, so good, though I expected nothing less. These are a zesty flavor that I suspect kids would like as well as adults. There are also other flavors available. They're also a lot more convenient than powders or liquids that have to be mkxed with water. You'll definitely want to sip water when you take these, but you can easily pop them while you're moving. I have usually found that it's cheaper to buy these on Amazon than to get them at REI or similar outdoors stores.

I'm actually going to go out of my way to thank the seller because this is not common in the online shipping world. I believe it was Niagara Cycle Inc. They also included an invoice with lots of good information on it which is always a nice touch. It makes me feel like I matter. Product: Taste is wonderful and light. You wouldn't know this is an electrolyte product. It tastes like a Sweet Tart candy. It takes maybe 3 bites to completely chew and swallow it and is about the size of a thumb nail. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to replenish during a race or some sort of event. It's not chalky and you won't need anything to wash it down with. The serving size is two chews. If lime isn't your cup of tea, I believe they also have orange flavoured chews. I was giving this a try since I use the traditional capsules, and use it for a chronic illness that requires a substantially increased salt intake (18x the recommended amount for normal adults) and this would he helpful for when I am on the go, or simply not able to take a large pill and drink water. I will definitely be keeping this on hand. I am thoroughly pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
