I’ve tried several LMNT flavors before and decided to give the Grapefruit Salt version a try, and it definitely did not disappoint. The flavor is refreshing with a nice balance of citrus and saltiness without tasting overly artificial or too sweet.One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to LMNT is the formula itself:-zero sugar-good amount of electrolytes and minerals-no unnecessary fillersIt works especially well for workouts, hot weather, fasting, low-carb diets, or simply staying hydrated throughout the day.Compared to many sports drinks loaded with sugar, this feels much cleaner and more effective, especially if you actually want meaningful sodium, potassium, and magnesium intake.The only downside continues to be the price. The product works well and tastes great, but the cost per packet adds up quickly if you use it daily. That’s really the main thing holding it back from being a perfect product for me.Overall, this is one of the better electrolyte drink mixes out there, and the Grapefruit Salt flavor is definitely worth trying if you already enjoy LMNT products.
