Best pellets I've found so far. Great smokey flavor with low ash. Used about 5 pounds for a 12 hour smoke. Definitely highly recommend this product. Very good price and burns slow

Flavor is good although after smoking a brisket for 14 hrs it didn't permeate the meat as much as traditional wood chips. As far as smoke quality I would rate in middle of the road,very mild flavor. This leaves a decent color bark on the food considering ai used an electric pelet smoker over a traditional smoker. It's burns well in my pellet smoker, takes a little bit to light and doesn't leave alot of ash. The bag is definitely economical and I will be purchasing again. Definitely get a container to prevent moisture getting in, the pellets will mulch into a moist powder at any sign of liquid or moisture.

I'll start by saying that this isn't necessary a good deal monetarily. But where I live, oak in general is hard to come by. So this is a decent deal for the convenience. The pellets are great quality. BM is the only one providing Oak these days. Luckily, great product, great smoke and great flavorr.

Bear mountain pellets are the best. I have a recteq dual fire and there are two different cooking chambers that allow for two different flavors. These pellets produce great flavor and smoke in my recteq. They don’t have a ton of dust that can create jamming issues that other pellets can create. Lots of different flavors tool cherry is my preferred for ribs, hickory for pork butts and mesquite for brisket. Combining app,e is also fun.

These are great on my Trager Ironwood 650. Flavour is great and well balanced. Burn time is excellent. Heat is consistent and reliable and super stable over long cooks. Pellets are very dry and very little dust or broken pellets in the bag like other brands tend to have. I cooked a Brisket for 22 hours with these pellets and it was amazing. I cooked a Brisket previously with the Traeger Signature blend pellets and while it was good, the smoke flavour wasn't as good and well balanced. These pellets aren't bitter or dirty tasting at all. I highly recommend these for any pellet grill.

Best pallets I had in years! Using on my ninja bbq smoker. Lovely smoke taste. Does not feel bitter in the beginning ( but i still let the first ignition smoke out just in case) And its a bargain for the amount of it.

I’ve tried a few different brands now, but these are easily the best pellets I’ve used for my Traeger. The burn time on them is great, so you’re not topping the hopper up on long cooks. To be honest, the flavour is no different to any other Hickory pellet I’ve used, but where these really stand out is the price. They are by far the best value I've come across. If you’re looking for something that lasts well and doesn't break the bank, you can’t go wrong with these.
