Hyland's Leg Cramps, Fast Relief of Leg, Calf, and Foot Cramps, 100ct

I do love these when I have leg cramps. I like that they dissolve easily and don't taste bad at all. I don't mind the texture and I never noticed a scent and no side effects. I am able to go back to sleep unless the cramps just don't quit. But they do seem to work quickly most of the time and give me good paid relief. If you've ever been woken from a deep sleep with bad leg cramps you'll understand, it is awful and these are a great thing to have on hand.

Some reviews are more helpful than others. If you have ever had an excruciating hamstring or inner thigh cramp you'll appreciate this post. I used to drink salt water and stretch, but sometimes stretching is near impossible as any movement causes more pain. That's why I keep 2 bottles of this around. One in the bedroom and one in my dialysis bag. Two of these pills usually does the job. Quick and easy. Pop them in your mouth and they dissolve in seconds. Legs feel better almost immediately! To my taste buds they taste like celery. Do yourself a favor buy a bottle. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have!

This is a MIRACLE product!!! Works as close to instantaneously as possible. Immediately knocks out those deep, out of nowhere, paralyzing cramps. We keep bottles of this all over the place: car, bedroom, office, kitchen, etc.!!! ASAP relief that is so greatly appreciated! NO side effects and no unpleasantness experienced on this end, as we have no issues with quinine. Highly, highly recommend this product.

These are the best! I’ve been using these for years I get groen cramps in my inner thighs if I overworked them or hike too much or go up the hill and they always hit in the middle of the night and those attacks are horrible! And I have found that these really help if I feel my muscles tweaking or twitching, I will dissolve one under my tongue before bed and I will sleep great

These pills do work. I've used them for years. Then a few years ago, I was watching the Tour De France on TV and saw a cyclist who had just finished the day, drink pickle juice. I went out and bought a few bottles and tried it. It really worked. Taking it before going to bed eliminated my leg cramps completely. So I didn't have to be reactive to cramps by takin pills, I could be proactive and take pickle juice on a regular basis and totally eliminate the problem. My wife now makes batches of dill pickle juice which is much cheaper than buying it in bottles. I take it on a regular basis and no longer even think about leg cramps. Great stuff!

This product is a miracle worker. I suffer from extremely painful leg cramps in my calves and occasionally in my toes. I think they are because of the blood pressure medicine I take but it may also be hereditary because my dad had the same condition. I frequently am woken with a cramp during sleep and must jump up to walk it out. Twice I have had my calve cramp up and not release, and the pain was excruciating to the point that I went to the emergency room because I thought I had a blood clot. I took massive doses of magnesium which helped but did not cure the issue. I finally tried these pills but was not all that optimistic because it seemed too easy a solution. OMG was I shocked when they worked, and immediately stopped my cramping, it was unbelievable. I take two before I go to bed at night and since I started taking these about a month ago, I have not had a single cramp. Even after exercising in the pool or long walks, I am cramp free. It has been amazing and such a relief to know that I have a remedy for these painful cramps. I have recommended it to my friends and highly recommend to anyone reading this review.

This has been a very good product for my legs, feet and hands cramping. I don’t leave home without them either.
