Great seat, terrible instructions
This took much longer to install due to poor instructions, but once it was installed it is great! We've only used it for a couple months, but it's working well and feels strong and durable.

good product for what it costs
like everyone says, the instructions could be better but I was able to install it in a couple hours, seat back assembly is a little off center but that's how its made and couldn't do anything about it, looks very good otherwise

Decent Seat for a 99 Club Car but Instructions are Lacking
The seat and frame upon arrival seemed to be decent quality but as always with these aftermarket seats the directions leave something to be desired. If you are not mechanically inclined or familiar enough with the process of “that goes there because it does” you may leave it to a professional to install. Leave all the bolts loose until almost the end of the installation as pulling and lifting will be required to get holes to line up. Also the roof mounts are a mile off so be prepared to make a couple “aftermarket” holes because you will have to reuse your upper roof hardware. The finish is nice, my seat came a bit dented and scratched but that likely happened during shipping. Also there will be a 1/4” lip with the bed unfolded between the seat panel and the seat frame. A basic ratchet set and drill will get the job done.

DON’T DO IT!!
This was literally the WORST to put together. The instructions were basically nonexistent. It took a ridiculous amount of hours to get put together. Things that should have been done in the factory weren’t for example there were supposed to be holes on the backrest where the bolts were to screw into and there was no hole so we had to make them. Screws were missing for parts so we had to run to get some. There were tons of scratches all over one piece was dented so we couldn’t get the end cap on correctly. The most concerning part was that on the back of one of the seats were a nut was welded on and it completely snapped off from where is was welded nobody was on the golf cart it was completely spontaneous. For the sake of your marriage and sanity you should probably pick a different one.

Lots of guesswork
Instructions are vague at best. At least the bags are labeled however I found myself having to use different bolts out of different bags randomly. Paint is paper thin and more fragile than gold leaf. You are going to crack the paint when you tighten bolts down. Had bare spots straight from the box and the super flimsy rear step was already rusting out of the box. The side rails are a pain to install. START FROM THE STEP. Screws for the seat were a bit long. Angle them inward otherwise they can be felt from the cushion side. The rear seat back can only be attached with one bolt on each side. The top welded nuts were right agains the back of the seat so they couldn't be tightened all the way. And the "V" piece that holds both of the seat backs is super flimsy as well but gets the job done. You will probably have to bend it to make it fit right. My main tip is use as many factory bolts as you can provided they are in good shape. All in all I guess these are all things you have to deal with when you buy cheap. However for the price I feel the quality should still be better. Probably would spend the money on a better kit if I had to buy again. Did I mention the rear step is FLIMSY?
