Does this fit into a standard fin box?I see conflicting info about whether there needs to be an adapter.If an adapter is needed,does it come with one?

They are designed to fit all standard fin boxes. Within our stores I have yet to run into complications fitting properly fitting them into boxes. It does not come with an adapter.

It is screwless. Works great in my Boardworks inflatable SUP which came with a screw in fin. Much easier to use and no issues with it coming loose.

Is this the fcs ii sup touring fin that is tool-less as is mentioned in a few reviews or is does this fin require a tool like is shown in the picture?

It does not require a separate tool. You can tighten the flat headed screw sufficiently with your hand.
