Hand-made classical guitar from Spain
I was looking for a quality cedar-top guitar, to compliment the hand-made spruce-top that I bought 20 years ago, built by a well-known Mexican-California luthier. The Raimundo is an exquisite guitar, with clear, loud trebles and smooth bass. The action is superb, and is so easy to play. The finish is absolutely beautiful. A case is not included, but I purchased a standard classical hard-shell case online and it’s perfect. If you’re in the market for a guitar in the $1,000-$1,500 range, do yourself a favor and consider a Raimundo 146. I feel confident that you end up with an instrument that will blow way anything else in its price range, and be comparable to those priced in the $2,000 range.
