MULTI COLOR FLOOR LAMP

I searched high and low for the perfect lamp for a boy's room, and this lamp hit all the marks. Sturdy, colorful, unique, easy to install, and it goes great with the decor in my 10 year old's room. Best of all he LOVES it, especially the adjustable lamp heads. The style of this lamp is reminiscent of mid-century modern/The Jetsons type decor, and is not babyish, not too grown of a look, perfect for any tween/teen bedroom. This lamp DOES NOT come with bulbs, so you'll need to buy five 25-watt candelabra bulbs. Choose soft white/warm white bulbs for the perfect glow!

This lamp is gorgeous! There are so many positive things to say about it. First of all, it arrived, as others pointed out, in a much smaller box than expected. No problem, though! My 10-year-old opened the box and assembled the lamp with zero help (it was one of her Christmas gifts). We had ordered the chandelier lightbulbs from Amazon as well, so luckily, we were fully prepared to assemble and use the lamp on the same day. She put the lamp in her bedroom and we are so pleased with the sleek but elegant look. The colors are cheerful but not too bright, and definitely appropriate for older children and adults. I highly recommend this product for ease of use, effectiveness, quality and appearance. Very glad to have found it here on Amazon, and at such a reasonable price.

I purchased this lamp for the new place I moved into a few months ago. My wife picked out this style and I found it on amazon at a reasonable price. They do sell a similar one here on amazon and walmart for a cheaper price but it's not the same quality. This product does require some assembly and the only trouble I had was getting the colored shades screwed in easily. Took a combination of luck, skill and practice for me. There is a small star shaped threaded plastic nut that holds each colored shade in place. It was difficult to keep the shade lined up and screw the nut on at the same time since the shade gets smaller as you get closer to the base. A teenager would probably have an easier time assembling this than an adult or anyone with really small hands. A possible design issue is the light switch. It's not like most lamps that i'm used to where you turn the knob and you feel a lot of resistance. This one if you turn the knob too fast it may skip a mode or not change at all. You have to turn it sort of slowly/gently. Also make sure you test each mode out first to decide which colored shades you want on. I keep mine set on the 1st mode with only 2 lights on. 1st mode is 2 lights 2nd mode is 3 lights (the other 3 lights not used in the 1st mode, i.e. different colored shades) 3rd mode is all 5 lights 4th mode is off The bulbs that I purchased for this lamp were sold here on amazon. GIVES OFF THE MAX NATURAL LIGHT FOR THE WATTAGE!! NOT THE OFFICE COOL LIGHT I have been buying these MULTI BULB floor lamps from Amazon that are really well priced and they really light up the room (my lamp has 5 bulbs) I have used this lamp daily for over 5 months now and have noted no flickering, no dimming of the light from the bulbs and have not had to replace a bulb once. And I agree that the low wattage is perfect for the naked bulbs as more light is emitted with less overhead and electricity cost. The bulbs give the max light for the wattage as compared to those bulbs with a lamp shade. The part that I love the most is that the light that it gives off is natural light as opposed to the blue light that you see in office buildings. I am impressed. Will repurchase Recommendation: offer a lamp version that will accommodate bulbs with a bit higher wattage for those who want a bit more light but an overal great product!

This adorable lamp is so cute that I tried twice to get one that would function. First, not all the heads would illuminate a bulb. One did not work. So I had to break the thing down, package it up, and send it back. Meh. Ok. Take two. Arrives promptly. Just as cute. Oh wait, the poles that create the shaft of the lamp screw together. One of the pieces that allows this to happen was glued in at about a 15 degree angle. So when all assembled, the shaft had an obvious break/bend and was unstable to the point of being unable to stand unassisted. Yikes! How annoying. Had to break this one down and repackage it as well. What a mess. As an aside: does not come with bulbs and takes candelabra bulbs. Tiny little things that are hard to find. UPDATE: OK. So I sent the freaking thing back twice and then, once I had what appeared to be a lamp that functioned, the bulbs kept burning out. I went through 6 bulbs, different brands. Also, the plastic on two of the shades is not a perfect fit and gets too close to the bulb. And then it burns into a gooey mess and releases God only knows what sorts of fumes. Whatever they were they smelled terrible. This terrible thing is going in the garbage. Very unhappy.

Using it as a home office lamp. It’s very bright. Bought box of bulbs recommended for it. Very satisfied. Took five minutes to assemble. Very sturdy base.

a mi sime gusto funcional solo batalle para esos focos como que ya son antiguos o los focos nvos son taantos que se batalla ojala y vendan la lampara con los focos

Lo único complicado fue conseguir los focos, es mejor pedirlos también por amazon. Fuera de eso, funciona muy bien hasta ahora.
