This is not a TV remote,  and won't work as such.  This is a generic remote for Android and other set-top boxes and streaming devices.  Search Amazon for a replacement remote for your model Vizio TV.  I'm sure you'll find one.  But if you're asking if this will work for a set top box  CONNECTED to your TV, I can almost guarantee it will since it interfaces only with the STB.  Should work with any brand TV.  Just make sure it's compatible with your STB or streaming device.  It works for many--but not all .  Some listings will give you a partial list of compatible devices, and you can always ask the seller.  If you can't determine for sure if it will work for yours, you can always return it.  The thing is dirt cheap in any case, so it's not like it would set you back enough to take out a second mortgage.

It will work for a T95x . . . I've never heard of an x95, but it could be an older version of an x96, which is the unit I bought this remote for, replacing the original that my pup chewed up.  It works even better than the original.  If you have a basic Android box with an amologic quad core processor, it should work fine.  If not you can always return it.   For six bucks you may as well take a chance.
