4-Piece Mini-Tools Set for Swiss Army Knives - Multicolored

I don't use the corkscrew on my Explorer, but thanks to the small little eyeglass driver, it's gained functionality. I wish there were a way to use the Explorer's magnifier with the little driver, but you can't have everything, right? I highly recommend this product.

I saw on Reddit that some were using these on their Leatherman bit driver extenders, since the plastic shank of these micro bits are now the same dimensions as a 1/4” hex bit. It works perfectly! Even better IMO than having a built in micro bit driver on my multi tool, which my Surge does not have. Originally I had purchased a micro bit adapter from Etsy which fits very well into the flat bit driver on my Surge, but… have you ever tried to work on tiny screws with a micro bit attached to a big, chunky multi tool? Awkward to say the least. With these Victorinox micro bits I can now turn my Leatherman bit driver extender into a precision screwdriver, without even attaching it to the multi tool. They fit snugly with no play whatsoever, and are held securely. Micro bits can be very useful for working on eyeglasses and electronics, but inexplicably no one makes them with a 1/4” hex shank. Wiha makes an adapter than can allow you to use 4mm precision bits in a 1/4” bit driver, but there would be no way for me to store multiple bits with my Leatherman kit. I use Wiha double ended bits with my Surge, which I much prefer over the proprietary Leatherman flat bits. I would love it if they made a double ended flat/phillips micro bit that could be used in a 1/4” driver, but they do not. Until they do, these Victorinox micro bits are the perfect hack. Oh yeah, and I’m sure they work great with Swiss Army knives too. PS the price on these can fluctuate. I saw them listed for $24 and was hesitant to pull the trigger. Then I checked back a week later and they were down to $15. Still a little pricey for such tiny tools, but they are Victorinox quality and the very best option for including micro bits with my Leatherman.

Exactly as advertised. Will be useful with my Swiss Champ. Wish they came with a small compact plastic storage container of some kind.

These are a fun way to customize your swiss army knife, but the bits are so small that they really aren't very useful for anything but watch or eyeglass repair, and it is unlikely I will ever really use them as I have better tools for those tasks. Still pretty cool, made by Victorinox, and not really expensive, so I am pleased.

The standard mini screwdriver in grey is great and really useful, but sometimes another tool would be more useful. Now you have your pick!

I bought the set my victorinox camper knife. You can only use one at a time. Mine is for the eye glasss.

Very good little set. These four mini tools (1.5 mm flathead, Phillips 000, Torx T4, and SIM card pin) screw neatly into the corkscrew of any compatible Victorinox Swiss Army Knife. They’re properly made, colour-coded so you can tell them apart at a glance, and they actually work on the tiny screws they’re designed for — glasses, electronics, phone SIM trays, etc. I’ve used them a few times already and they’re a genuine upgrade to the knife. The precision is excellent and they feel properly made rather than cheap afterthought. Two small improvements would make it excellent rather than just very good. First, no carry case or pouch is included, so the three spare tools just sit loose. A simple little case or pouch would keep them organised and prevent them disappearing. Second, the tools aren’t magnetised. Given how small the fasteners are that these handle, a bit of magnetism would make life easier — screws stay on the tip instead of falling into the carpet. That said, it’s easy enough to magnetise them yourself with a strong magnet if you want to. Overall I’m happy with the set. It’s a clever, well-executed accessory that adds real everyday usefulness to a SAK without adding bulk. Recommended, with those two minor caveats.
