Whats the difference between these and the l theanine serene with relora?

I used this product with great results for several years and then tried the version with Relora. I accidentally and unbeknownst to me, reordered but received the version without Relora. I kept getting the urge to nibble and snack in the evening, and that's when I discovered my refill didn't contain Relora which is known for reducing the urge to snack. Well, I discovered that in fact it does and in spite of the fact that I take 2 in the late morning and it's eliminated the urge to snack in the evening. I never noticed any dozyness or sleepy daytime effects. I do notice the irritation and irritability greatly reduced, as is my anxiety over Covid19 and the lockdown isolation depression is much improved. I highly recommend this product, and buy it with Relora if nervous snacking or grazing are issues.

How many mm in each capsule?

Each 2 tablet serving currently contains 300 mg of Magnesium (as magnesium amino acid complex),500 mg GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), 450 mg of Taurine, 200 mg of L-Theanine, and 100 mg of Holy Basil Leaf Extract.

why does the product description say that it contains wheat/gluten but the picture of the bottle label lists wheat and gluten in the "not contained"?

Sounds like a mistake to me. My bottle says that it contains no wheat. If I needed to know, I would call the company and ask. "Phone (800) 815-2333 Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm PST"
