Good quality salts and good price. No clumps and it comes in a thick plastic bag that recloses with a “zipper” type bag (like a sandwich baggie). Dissolves quickly in the bath. Happy with my purchase. Second time ordering. The idea is that if you use 2 cups per bath and soak in it that your body will absorb some of the magnesium and bring muscle relief, reduce stress and give you a better sleep. I most definitely would not rely on this as a magnesium source but it’s a luxurious addition to my bath time routine. My recipe for a relaxing bath: 2 cups magnesium salts 1 cup baking soda (don’t skip it. It makes the water so silky) Essential oils (mix it up. Look for good combinations in Pinterest) Some I like are: Orange, lavender and cedar wood Lavender and chamomile Lavender and peppermint (only a few drops as it could make your skin tingle) Clove and orange (very fall like) Rose Coconut You get the idea. The possibilities are endless and it’s fun to experiment. Or get a premixed version. They sell them everywhere essential oils are sold. I also light a candle. I keep any fresh flowers I have so I can dry them and crush them very small and add just a few to the bath. (Keep them small and to a minimum so you don’t have drain problems. They are natural and should dissolve though) Get yourself a bath pillow and your favorite drink and you’re good to go. The oils will leave your skin super soft and hydrated.

I chose this over other brands because it’s a cleaner and fragrance free. I mix it with another brand of Dead Sea salt to feel like I’m getting the best effects from them. My skin feels softer and more moisturized. This was great when I was pregnant. Ive used it for sits baths after giving birth and for hemorrhoids. It works wonders. My fiance works out and it helps with sore muscles as well. The bag is very big and heavy and lasts such a long time.

Package arrived quickly and not damaged. The brand is one I recognize from a trip to Israel it a nice bath salt but I found a different brand that is 100% Dead Sea salt. The 100% Dead Sea salt works better for eczema and psoriasis. So yes I would purchase this again to use as a regular bath salt and not for the healing properties that 100% dead sea salt has.

Wonderful magnesium soak, highly adsorbable. Better rinse off the excess after soaking and drink plenty of water to avoid feeling dehydrated. Pricy but worth it.

I have autoimmune disorder arthritis and fibromyalgia. When my body goes into a flare ( high inflammation) I do detox baths of Epsom salts and baking soda I thought I would try this product because the dead sea salts are the best for bringing inflammation levels down for me. I noticed a huge difference after my first bath the price is reasonable compared to some other brands. I will purchase again.

Releases stiffness in the muscles. I noticed my skin improved, no acne or eczema. Love it.

I'm so enjoying the fact that when I soak, I add various massage type oils to the water along with therapeutic shampoos to emulsify the oils. I not only lay back, I also soak my face and neck for periods while I hold my breath. Something in the combination is lightening the darkened patches that have been changing the appearance of my cheeks over my 72 years. My skin feels wonderful and never dry. I've been showing my daughters how this has been making a difference in how my skin feels to the touch.
