What is the cable length?

The low voltage DC output cable is approx. 1.48 metres from mains unit to the end of the 2-pin socket. There is no input mains lead as the 13A plug forms part of the mains unit itself, which is of the nickname 'wall wart' type.

Is the output voltage regulated? ie. if variable power is drawn by devices (such as musical keyboards,) does this change the voltage?

It actually depends on if the currect your device draws is stable or not. From what you mentioned, there is two possibilities when the total power consumption is variable, one is the regulated voltage output with changeable current, another is un-regulated voltage with stable current. This power adapter belongs to the second situation, the voltage output may drop or up within 5% range, not actual 12V(11.9V or 12.2V) when you adjust the voltage knob at DC 12V setting.
