I like the shape and contour of the frame as I can run it along the wall of the pool, and it directs anything clinging to the wall at the waterline back into the water in front of the skimmer. It picks up even very small gnats. I bought this one to replace the one I had before that was just like it. Eventually the sun will rot the mesh and it will tear from the frame, so if you can store it out of the sun you will likely get a longer usable life out of it. Really a good design.

With the quick shipping and great price, I am thrilled. This is of better quality than what I saw in the local stores. Good for skimming the pool and cleaning debris off the bottom. I am not a very big person and I don't have any problem using it at all. My pool is huge and it is a deep, and I was able to clean up what I wanted in a fairly short amount of time. I hope it lasts the season. The last two I bought were all plastic and did not. This seems stronger.

works great...don't bat too hard to get the junk out of the webbing or the neck can crack. Sturdy, but I don't know I would call it "heavy duty"

The splashtech rake head seems to be well made and designed. I used it for the first time today and it works just fine. It's like any other leaf scooper if you're right above the leaves, but this rake does an excellent job in the middle of the pool with its flat "shovel nose." UPDATE: Purchased in 2019, it's now July, 2025, and the netting has ripped. So the net has about a 6-year service life.

This replacement net is a perfect fit on the Lowe's sold item by Project Source Nylon Pole Pool Skimmer Net Item #5333306 |Model #LS2005-PS. It is not quite as deep of a net but fits to replace the original net that deteriorates after a season in the Florida sun.

Does the job of getting small pieces of debris. So far it's working great. Th net is a little flimsy but overall great product for the price!

Good for big debris but not for bugs

loved that this is larger than my Stanley pool leaves head. Maybe would be nice to have a sturdier net, as this one feels like it may last just a few years, but that's fine.
