Novelty 81121 EarthBox Mulch Kit, Black/White

These mulch covers fit my tomato planter boxes perfectly. They're easy to install - each cover has two round holes that fit the boxes. I couldn't find these covers locally and am thrilled that the Seller provides them on this platform. The covers are high quality that effectively protect my tomatoes from excess water during rainstorms. The price is fair and I keep a couple on hand for emergencies. I'd like to see one of each color (black and white) in each order. I appreciate the Seller's quick and efficient delivery. :)

Not too long ago I did a review on a cloth version of these from a different seller... I mentioned I have tons of slugs clustering under the covers and crazy squirrels tearing the cloth covers apart. The ones, a more plastic-type material, put a halt to both those issues, the only downside was watering, Rain just ricochets off them and very little rainwater gets to the plants so I have to manually water more often even when it rains. However, they do seem to slow down the surface evaporation quite nicely, the cloth ones didn't do that at all so these are a much better material. If you prefer to cover your planters, these are definitely worth it

These things make a huge difference in the success of the EarthBox planters for veggies, especially. They keep the moisture in for dry hot areas and keep out flooding rains. They're reversible, so there is a black and a white side when you want to reflect or absorb heat,

Just as expected. Cost too much for what you get,but that's just the way it is with an EarthBox. I've had my boxes for several years and try to get 3 seasons out of the covers. They're great,especially with the auto fill watering system I purchased a few years ago.

These covers fit perfectly on green earth box containers I have. Will be buying more just to have extra when these wear out

I find that the use of earthbox mulch covers is very helpful in retention of moisture so that there is minimal evaporation.

I bought 4 of the covers for my Earth Boxes, 3 of them ripped out while putting them on, the stitching blew from one end to the other. I now have the covers duct taped to keep them on the boxes, I could have used a trash bag for nothing and gotten the same results..
