Variable Original Kneeling Chair Design by Peter Opsvik - Natural/Red

Very pleased with this chair! It is very easy to assemble and all the components are well made.

Nach langem Suchen und Vergleichen habe ich mich für dieses Original entschieden. Ich sitze nun seit 2 Wochen nach einem Bandscheibenvorfall darauf und komme sehr gut klar. Es entlastet, ist flexibel (bewegt sich in sich mit) und ich kann immer mal die Position ändern (Knie drauf oder Füße abstellen). Obwohl der Preis wirklich sehr hoch ist, denke ich, dass es sich lohnt das teurere Original zu kaufen. Ich habe zwar keinen Vergleich zu den billigeren Varianten, aber ich bin zufrieden und denke mal, dass der Stuhl auch lange hält.

Ho avuto modo di trovare a lungo questo prodotto e lo trovo geniale ed eccezionale. Ha tutto, funzionalità, design, estetica, comodità. Il costo non è proprio popolare, ma spesso su Amazon viene commercializzato con un’offerta appetibile. Personalmente mi capita di lavorare per lungo tempo seduta e questa sedia allevia il fastidioso dolore lombare che dopo un paio d’ore seduta su una normale sedia d’ufficio mi tormenta. Scarica la tensione delle spalle e migliora anche la circolazione. Mai più senza. C’è stato qualche problema a causa dell’entrata etichettatura dell’imballo, pertanto mi è arrivato due volte un colore che non avevo scelto. Ho dovuto fare il reso la prima volta. La seconda ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha risolto il problema in 24 h inviandomi senza spese un set di cuscini in sostituzione. Per me voto 10

Montée en 2 minutes, cette chaise est un objet magique, aussi bien pour son esthétique que son confort. C'est la chaise la plus confortable qu'il y ait pour le dos, mais ce sont les jambes qui prennent tout le poids une fois assis, donc il faudra s'y habituer. L'assise est haute, ce qui garantit une bonne ergonomie devant l'ordinateur. Le seul hic me semble être le prix. On dirait pas, mais elle occupe le même espace qu'une de ces horribles chaises de bureau classiques, c'est-à-dire beaucoup d'espace.

La silla es cómoda de usar. Es ligera. PERO: con el uso, al poco (varios días) se van desajustando tornillos y hay que reapretar. Eso hace que sea un poco rollo el uso y mantenimiento. También a veces da la sensación de fragilidad, aunque de momento todo está bien

I have been working as a college teacher for the past 22 years. And for the past 22 years I have maltreated my back with various office chairs - the cheap, the hand-me-downs, the Swedish and the last sorry attempt was using a gymnastic ball because I thought it might be fun to bounce up and down at my desk. It wasn't and I spent the next day whimpering from lower back pain. A couple of months ago I looked into the Varier Balans chair, did the usual research on the internet, flicking through reviews and watching YT videos to get a feel for the chair. I was looking for something long-lasting and comfortable. I did not realise that I would also be getting something so beautiful. Thanks to Corona, I needed to spend even more time at my desk and that's why I decided to buy a new chair. There are a lot of complaints on amazon platforms in the UK and the US that this chair is expensive. If you order this, you will probably also think that it is a lot of money to pay for such a simple chair. Constructing it is a breeze if you place all the parts together correctly ... It even has a nifty pocket under the chair to keep the allun key! So you may wonder about the price until you sit on it and carry it around your home to watch TV, work at your desk, relax in the kitchen etc. At least, that is what I did the first couple of days because I fell in love with it. The seating and kneeling pads are covered in quite a rough material so that you don't keep slipping down. If you are short, then you may need to fork out another 66.00 Euros to get the distance blocks. I am 1.62m tall and I invested in the blocks so that the chair is more comfortable when I place my legs on the knee pads. Now it is perfect. The brilliant thing about this chair is that you can change your posture while you work. So while I am surfing the internet, I place my feet on the knee pads. If I am marking, I kneel on the pads (although the main weight stays on your bottom). I worked for 7 hours straight at my desk at the weekend with ten-minute breaks in between and had absolutely no back and no shoulder pain directly afterwards or the next day. Cleaning the pads is a breeze if you have a steam cleaner. A quick wipe with the steamer and the chair looks like new. The chair is also delivered with protective tape for the bottom of the runners so that they don't scrape the floor. I just placed a small rug under the chair so my office is cosy. So, summing up, I love this chair and know that it will be serving me well up to retirement. I am also considering getting the backrest in the future but the chair is fantastic without it!
