I've tried many different brands of Ashwaganda and finally found one that works for me.....Pure Encapsulations is a brand that I highly, highly trust. It seems that I need less of this than when I used other brands! So, eventhough Pure Encapsulations brand is usually more expensive up front, it's actully less costly because you're usung less of the product than with other brands.

I bought this because I was not sleeping through the night. My Naturopathic Dr. Recommended Ashwagandha, not this specific brand, but I know it is a good brand. Last night and the night before I slept like a baby. It is supposed to help with anxiety as well. I will continue to buy it
