Bottle I received does not say tear free. Is this still tear free?

Sorry I have not ordered this product, but I have ordered the Espree puppy wipes. Those work well. I would assume for puppies that this would be tearfree. When I bathe the puppies I really don’t get shampoo into their heads I just kind of wipe the head with plain water. Give it a try though I like the Espree product I use
