Has anyone used this over Duplicolor Perfect Match paint?

Yes. It works fine. I used 1,200 grit on the surface of the paint, then cleaned surface to be coated with isopropyl alcohol. I waited about week after paint before applying the clear coat.

Is this stuff Urathane? Epoxy or Enamel?

It's a 2k urethane clearcoat. It is compatible with enamels so long you apply it within 1 hour of the enamel top coat or after it has completely cured which can take weeks/months. If you clear coat on top of enamel that hasn't fully cured, it will wrinkle. I've always sprayed 2k urethane clear coat within 30-40 minutes after applying the last top coat. Never had an issue with wrinkling.

Is there a time limit the moment you press the tab in the bottom?

After your first coat, put the can in the freezer which can extend the working life by several days. Allow the can to warm up to room temperature before spraying the next coat. One user here was able to extend the working life of a can up to about a month by doing this. Otherwise at 68-degrees, the mfr says the can will go stale after 48hrs and no longer work properly.

How would this stuff work for wood finishing?

I used this on 2 guitars and bought guitars clear coat separated from the body. Stuff works good other then that. I'm not to sure if thas my error though.
