United Scientific™ Microscope Slides, Pre-Cleaned Glass 3"x1", 72 Pack

These come in a lil box with a lid that comes off really easily. I recommend putting it in a ziploc bag or something if you'll be keeping them in a backpack so your slides don't go everywhere! They weren't flimsy and pretty easy to use for my needs, they got the job done. Worked well for gram staining, catalase tests, and viewing specimens under a microscope! The catalase test is the only one I got a picture of the slides with unfortunately 😫 But the gram stains and all that other fun jazz work just fine on these as well! :)

These microscope slides work well. The price is good for how many you get. They are package well and none arrived broken. As with any glass slides with edges you have to watch how you handle them on the edges. I like the storage case.

This basic plate is evenly cut with precision, perfect for my project. Be careful handling sharp glass edge still. I am glad I found this economic package as I may use many a day, labeling it with marker. I use Scott tape instead of small cover plates, making it very affordable and easy to handle. The plates are about 1 mm think that makes them strong and hard to break.

So far they seem to work ok. I tried to catch and look at snowflakes using some and it didn't work too well.. but I need to try again with something else that doesn't melt too fast. Just be careful because they are fragile
