POE is not quite up to specs
I am mostly pleased with this network switch. The only problem I have found so far is that it will not power my Ubiquiti WiFi access point with PoE. It powers my surveillance cameras with no problem, but refuses to send any power to the access point. Otherwise - It supports IPv6, SNMP, SNTP and several other standards. I wish that port names could be longer than 8 characters. Setting port names is a bit tricky, but since it is usually done only once it's not that big of a deal. The clock settings allow for daylight saving time, but the fields to control when it begins and ends do not provide for "second sunday". You have to set the specific day, and that will change every year.

Do Not Buy
Do not buy! I tried to connect today and all ports did not work. I had to call in a tech to help and uncover the pies were not getting the signal. Cost me 1k+, plus down time on business for this POS..

Silent & Effective
I have been looking for a 24 port PoE fanless gigabyte switch for ages and this is the first one I have found! This switch does everything it says it should including supporting up to 12 PoE ports. It works perfectly with my security cameras and VOIP system with some power left over for future upgrades. It was easy to set-up and is completely silent not to mention the savings in electricity. It is still early days but based on current performance I would definitely recommend.

Lack basic business features. Disappointing
I forgot that these dlink switches are cheap for a reason. Lack of VLAN tagged and Port based is bizarre limiting feature. I can get this feature with any TP-Link, Netgear, Grandstream in the similar price range. I opted to just not deploy these and ordered Grandstreams. I learned my lesson to never buy dlink again

Kompakter 24-Port Switch mit genügend (Basis-)Monitoring Funktionen. Leider bei QoS und Multicast etwas eingeschränkt (Datenblatt lesen!). Habe mit diesem Switch VLANs für das Gastnetz auf PoE Access Points realisiert. Läuft seit 1 Jahren problemlos..
