My screen keeps turning on and off the volume button. Don't work. And sometimes It don't even turn on Like to return it for another one. , I buy two of them. My second one works perfectly

If you’ve installed car audio equipment before this will be a easy job. I installed this in my 07 expedition and it fits and looks great. The touch screen is responsive and clear, the quality of the materials feels nice. The interface is kinda boring but livable and you’ll more than likely be using android auto or Apple CarPlay anyway so no dings on that. The sound is nice and loud but the EQ and level options could use a lot of help but I haven’t dove all the way into it so I’ll hold off on singing this category. My biggest gripe is that their is no helpful instructions on installing the backup cam luckily YouTube has tons of videos on this. All in all I give this product a solid 10/10 on my must buy list due to its value, features, it includes the backup camera, easy installation and overall appearance. Please note however the supplied backup camera cord WILL NOT be long enough for a full size SUV (expedition, Tahoe, Suburban etc) Amazon does however sell cords up to 67ft which will be more than sufficient. If you’re on the fence about buying this radio just relax and go ahead and get it you won’t be disappointed.

Review based on a week. The unit, Car Play and Camera are all functional. Once CarPlay is set up, it stays on wireless CarPlay; the display is instant however the corresponding audio has 2-3 second delay (changing a song, navigation directions). Camera is clear and lights up when you activate it. As others have mentioned, there is no knob to quickly adjust volume - its buttons - initially I was okay with this, but I regret it now. Personally I feel the sound is good. People can hear me clearly but state I sound distant - you can add a diff mic (3.5mm jack). As a DIY and not a pro here are something’s I learned. Rear Camera - there is an interface to select which will display the camera; for it to work with reverse you need to splice into the brake wires BUT it’s still functional. Steering wheel controls - you need to buy another adapter (look up SWI CP2) to pair/control and you will then need to splice into the steering wires. On the camera wire there are 2 tiny wires; cutting one removes the grid lines and cutting the other turns the camera forward facing - so be cautious. THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS, lots of common sense and if your trying to splice google/youtube is your best option.

Nice system until the sound stops working. I had issues with the sound not working right after installing this unit but it started working so I thought it was good. Big mistake this unit will work about 30 minutes a then will go in and out. I contacted Boss customer service but they were no help. I would recommend steering clear of this unit.

Worked great

Initially, the device functioned properly, but then it began turning on and off intermittently. Eventually, it ceased to power on entirely. The vehicle's electrical system was upgraded with a new wiring harness, and all wiring—power, ground, and connections—were thoroughly verified. Overall, all components tested correctly, and the issue appears to be with the head unit itself, which is unresponsive. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing this brand again.

Works great, easy to install, wish it had a volume knob but the push buttons work I guess, fit my 2002 Ford F350 lariat 7.3 had to cut with multitool one part but was simple and easy to install. Hooked up sub to it and camera as well. CarPlay works and Bluetooth as well

This is a great unit for the price. The camera is comes with isn’t amazing but it’s still a clear enough picture to know what your backing up to. I put this in my 15yo daughter’s car so she could use her phone for music and directions without having it in her hands. I replaced the factory 6.5 and 6x9 speakers too and this thing powers them really well. I was worried I’d have to put a small amp in there but I didn’t. It actually sounds really good. Heads up, it turns the music way down when you shift in neutral. Pretty cool feature for a new driver but that would drive me nuts. Not sure if it’s a setting. I didn’t look since I wanted it to stay on.

This is so cheap. It wouldn’t power on. The voltage was verified at the wiring harness. This is a terrible product. Returned it the next day

Unit installed, and screen doesn’t work. Complete waste of money
