Surprisingly disappointing
I ordered a pack of 2 pillows. The inner case of one of them had zipper but the inner case of the other one didn't have and there was even a hole in the fabric of the inner case. The pillows didn't arrive in a box as shown on the product photo but in basic plastic bags. There was no extra bag with filler as shown on the photo. Also, the tags of the outer cases (both pillows) were cut. This was very disappointing and unexpected, considering the high product rating.

Super Comfy and Adjustable!
These pillows are absolutely amazing! When you get them, they come very compact and fluff up very quickly. They also come with some extra foam to add if you need it. I am a side sleeper, but my husband is a stomach sleeper, so we were able to unzip the pillow and remove some stuffing from his to make it a bit flatter. There is also a separate pillowcase that is easily washable. I would recommend washing it right out of the bag because it is a bit stinky, but nothing that wouldn’t air out after a couple of hours. I was just impatient! 😂 Overall 10/10 pillows that stay pretty cool. Would definitely recommend!

Very Comfortable Pillow
Just buy! Neck issues all the time with my old pillows. Best night sleep ever since this pillow came 3 days ago. Very firm and with the filling contours to you neck & head. Keeps head 8-9 degrees cooler is very true. Comes with extra filling as well. Pillows case that covers it washable. I highly recommend buying this!
