I’m halfway through my first bottle and already feel so much better. I never had issues with anxiety until I started menopause. If you deal with anxiety or nervousness, I highly recommend giving this a try to see if it works for you—it’s definitely worked for me. My husband has noticed I’m calmer and less irritable. I can’t even explain how much happier and more at ease I am now. So glad I finally found something that actually works!

I use two of these every night to help settle down and get to sleep. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and take prescription medication, but that really wasn’t enough to help me get to sleep. I was resistant to taking any more prescription medication so my dr suggested these. I have been using them for about six months and I now struggle to get to sleep far less frequently. They’re not a miracle drug, but have greatly reduced the frequency of sleepless nights.

Backstory, I do take SSRI medication for anxiety. I have been on a few different ones, but only one at a time. A former medication started to give me brain zaps. Think of that as a mini shock in your head that is like a random jump-scare. I’m not on that one anymore. The new one I’m on doesn’t make me have brain zaps, but rather the need to stretch. I do it because it feels good.This is why I got these tablets to cool down the constant movement. I’m torn between thinking it might have a placebo effect on me or actually working. Either way, I don’t seem to have the movement issues as much as before.Let me be clear! These are not like taking a benzodiazapam medication. It will not hit you like one of them. If not a placebo and does work, it is more stabilizing than sedating. It feels like an hour later that you realize certain muscle movements had not happened.For those wondering, there is no taste at all. No chalky, no bitter, nothing. They are like dissolving air under your tongue, and they break down really quick.I will keep taking them, and report back after a month or so. I gave 4/5 stars only because some aspects are still up for debate. Otherwise, I would recommend given the price, ease of use, and overall satisfaction.
