Yes, you can use Red Line's D4 ATF. I talked to Red Line tech. 30404 has a lower temperature use range and somewhat different properties. D4 is their top of the line, higher viscosity for higher temps like you might experience when road racing or autocrossing. D6 is lower viscosity version of D4.

Can i use it in my 1977 jeep cj7?

I know you can use it in 99-04 Jeep WJ (Grand Cherokee) 4.7L V8 but I'm unsure about the CJ manual. My manual says MS-5931F and this bottle has that equivalent for WJs But I've heard Lucas stop leak power steering fluid is best in the CJ7. It has a Saginaw pump and they are not picky about fluid as long as it's ATF type. The WJs are completely different with these hydrolic fan system hooked to power steering with rac-n-pinion. Go with Lucas or you can use the other redline ATF+4
