I love the taste / texture of this oat bran, plus the fact that it's instant ---- very easy to make, and a great source of fiber. The price is good too, and I like to buy several bags at a time.

NOW Foods Organic Oat Bran prepares a rich & creamy hot cereal in just 2 minutes!
This NOW Foods organic oat bran is an excellent source of fiber and when prepared as a hot cereal has a rich and creamy texture. The package I received had a 2027 expiration date so I knew that the product was very fresh. The only down side to this organic oat bran is that I found tiny black crystals resembling poppy seeds in it. They are actually oat groats that have become slightly charred due to localized overheating during the industrial kilning process. I like to pick them out before cooking (which isn't easy because they are so small). I tried mashing a banana into the hot oat bran with just a dash of 100% real maple syrup to sweeten and topped with almond milk. It tasted so good that I bought a second and a third package! This product is a good value for the price paid. I actually prefer the NOWFOODS oat bran to the Quaker brand which I used to buy which is double the price and usually out of stock!

Wife loves it
Wife loves this stuff and eats it every day. Good start to the morning I guess but she’s crazy about it lol. I think it also helps keep her regular when it comes to bowel movements.
