Perfect if needing a new remote
I wasn’t sure what to think since I’ve never had to get a new remote. This remote, we put new batteries in and automatically started working with our TV. It was absolutely perfect as our other one was slowing down.

Terrible quality control,
All 3 controllers defective out of the bag. Battery contact springs were defective, battery would not make contact with both of the sling terminals at the same time. I returned item for a refund.

Hungry Puppy
My dog decided the Samsung remote looked tasty, so I found this pack of 3 for same delivery. The add said that they would work without programming, and yes they do. All I did was put batteries in, and back to watching my Samsung TV. I’m very happy with this product that looks/works exactly like my old remote, and for a great price. My dog looks irritated that she didn’t stop me from watching TV, and even worse that I’ve got backup now. Lol
