The pills are slightly smaller than round Aleve tablets. I was very happy to find a multivitamin with minerals that’s so tiny. I can’t really handle large pills. I usually have to cut them. These are perfect and no cutting needed! I didn’t have any side effects like I usually do with multivitamins. The price is great for the amount of tablets that you get. If you’re looking for pills that are easy to swallow definitely get these. I highly recommend. My cousin and I both love this brand.

I have a really hard time with big pills; it’s gotten better, but these were among the first pills I could swallow. They were small enough I could take them easily, like a round tic tac. I don’t have any types of symptoms from it; I do take with food. It has a vitamin smell, but it’s not a strong smell. It’s been years and I still take these every day.

Been taking them 6+ months and I noticeably feel better, my nails are stronger too. They don’t upset my stomach and iron has previously upset my stomach in the past. These vitamins are my holy grail! The perfect amount of iron and causes no stomach upset, I feel better after taking them (it took about a month to notice a difference in how I feel), and they are small enough to safely swallow. I struggle with swallowing anxiety and absolutely can’t swallow big pills, and I don’t like gummy multivitamins. These are incredibly affordable as well. It’s a little slice of heaven in this world.

These are great little multivitamins. They are small potent and I love that they’re vegan. The price is great and they’re comparable to other named brand multivitamins as far as content and ingredients.

I love this multivitamin. I have tried so many different multivitamins. My problem is that I have a hard time swallowing large pills and most of the pills are huge. Even pills that are advertised as being very tiny either are not truly tiny and are really large or you would have to take two or three of them a day. This was the first product that I found that actually is a small pill it's easy for me to swallow and I only have to take one a day. This is my second purchase of this product I am very happy with it. The only drawback is that there are a few nutrients that are usually in multi vitamins that are missing from this so it's best to look closely at the label to be sure if there are certain nutrients that you need

Why not chose cruelty free options, when they are the same price or cheaper than alternatives? As a vegan, I am so excited to find amazing deals on important items in my day-to-day life. I have purchased this item twice, so I have gotten 4 bottles so far, and I absolutely love this item. I will purchase this multivitamin for the rest of my life! It is so inexpensive, has everything I need, including B12 (which everyone should supplement with, not just vegans), and I feel great when I take it. After about two weeks, I realized I was feeling amazing and healthier than ever, and I realized the only thing I had changed was taking this in the morning. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I have been buying this item for several years and will continue to do so. I cannot process the rda 18 mg iron in most other brands but this one has 8mg per tablet so I take one in morning and one in evening for enough iron and with no digestion issues
