Hands down, the best heated mask I’ve used and I’ve bought a few ranging in price from low to high. I have been dealing with a chalazion which is often difficult to get rid of simply with hot compresses. The comfort of the soft material, ease of use, workmanship, and consistency and length of heat is the best. And it really works.

I've been dealing with dry eyes and digital eye strain lately to the point of blurry vision. I was told to do a warm compress on my eyes using a warm wet washcloth to relax my eyes muscles and encourage tears. That worked but I came across eye masks on Amazon after checking out a few of them, it came down to a few electric versions and this. Having used beaded heating strips in the past for neck issues, I thought it was a good contender. After sitting on the decision for a bit I went with this option due to it being cheaper and seemed more reliable. It came in, I gave it a try, and....it was wonderful. I was very happy I got it. Its a good size; not too big, not too small. it kept its heat for as long as youd want to keep it on your eyes. One thing to note...the instructions are for an 800W microwave so adjust the amount of time per your actual wattage. Mine is 1100W and i put it in for the 30 and waited for it to cool down before I put it on my eyes (20 seconds mightve been better though). When it was cool enough i placed it on my eyes. It was soft, it felt steamy (which i liked), it was comfortable, fit the crevices...i really like it. And it helped with the eye issues. If you like the ease of electric go electric, but if youre like me and trying to save a few bucks, this thing does the trick...and you dont have to worry about gadget death, charging, and malfuntions. This thing will last if taken care of.

This is such a nice heated eye mask. I have had a stye or some other type of red bump on my eye for about a month and it would not budge or release. It was becoming increasingly painful so I found this mask and it had same-day delivery thank God! It does not have that weird chemically smell. As soon as I received it, I hand washed the cover after removing the beads as instructed. I chose to place a couple of drops of my favorite essential oil onto the inner bead pack. Once the cover was dry, I replaced it and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds as directed. I decided to lay down for 10 minutes with it on my eyes and do a guided meditation while I waited. Let me tell you how great and comfortable this mask is! I ended up falling asleep for over 20 minutes because it relaxed my eyes after staring at a computer for 10 hours! My stye felt so much better! A little later in the evening I did a second round and, to my pleasant surprise, the stye came to a head and was able to be released. I did another round just as I was falling asleep and when I woke up this morning, it is nearly gone. I will continue to use this probably daily just for the moist heat convenience after staring at the computer all day, which gives me dry eyes. I truly appreciated this product is from a small business too. You will not be disappointed. The whole mask is microwavable, including the clasp. It is made in Ireland.

This heated eye mask is better than what was offered at the Opthalmology office. The mask is made of soft material with good heat retention on the eyes. Love the comfort and the adjustable bands for proper fit.

Warning It Can Cause Burns. My first time using it my one eyelid got burned. I placed it in my microwave for thirty seconds, then touched them with my hands and they seemed not too hot. After a couple of seconds, I felt a pain in one eyelid, I quickly removed it. It caused a blister on my eyelid that seems to be going away after three weeks. Don’t start out at thirty second microwave time, and check the temperature on a sensitive part of your body. Otherwise it works very well, you just have to be carefull.

This is a very nice heated eye mask. My eye doc recommended using moist heat to help treat my dry eyes, and this does seem to be helping. It is nicely weighted, and has a very easy-to-adjust strap. I often have a bit of blurriness after using this mask, which I understand is normal, as the moist heat helps to soften/melt solidified oils on the eyeball - and this helps reduce dry eye. Gently massaging the eyes after use quickly resolves the blurriness. The cover is removable and washable (BIG plus). And, there was a very simple QR code scan to register the item.

The MyHalos Heated Eye Mask for Dry Eyes is a light gray color and made from a soft polyester fabric which has no odor. It is the perfect size to place over your eye lids with a durable latex-free strap to hold the mask in place. Product instructions recommend using the mask 2-3 times per day as needed. I put a Bounty paper towel between my eyes and the mask because it is very warm when pulled out of the microwave after the 20 seconds. You can gently knead the mask to guard against hot spots which microwaving can cause. Also, the paper towel can be thrown away after each use keeping the mask clean. It is hand washable but it has to be placed on a towel to air dry so I wouldn't be able to use the mask again until the next day. The removable bag containing the heated pebbles must be removed before washing the outer cover. The mask has flexibility so it is easily positioned for a comfortable fit. The warm moist heat applied for 10 minutes while I close my eyes and rest definitely helps! I've only had the mask for less than 24 hours but, after just 3 applications, I can see and feel the difference! My eyes look less red, have more shine, and feel less dry. I'm surprised that in the 30 years I've been consulting with eye doctors none of them had suggested the use of warm compresses for dry eye syndrome relief. My thanks to the retinal specialist who suggested it and, with help from Rufus (Amazon's Ai), I was able to find this wonderful MyHalos mask on sale at a great price!

I wasn’t sure whether to choose a USB-heated type or a microwave one, but I’m really glad I went with this. Just 30 seconds in the microwave and it’s ready to use whenever I need it — no waiting, no fuss. The bead filling gives it a nice weight, which creates a gentle, soothing warm pressure on the eyes. It feels incredibly relaxing. The adjustable strap might feel a bit tight for some people, but the mask has enough weight on its own that you can simply place it over your eyes without using the strap at all. It still works perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with the MyHalos® Heated Eye Mask for Dry Eyes — simple, effective, and extremely convenient!

Good and useful product

Mi sono trovato molto bene e mi ha dato l'impressione di aver contribuito ad accorciare sensibilmente i giorni di fastidio da blefarite. Diventa piacevolmente umida quando si scalda il gel di silice contenuto, senza rischiare di bruciarla (purché scaldata in microonde per i tempi specificati) visto che non contiene materiale organico come le maschere fatte di semi vari. L'esterno lavabile (ma comunque comodo e morbido) è una bella differenza rispetto ad altri prodotti che ho visto, in cui in genere bisogna scegliere tra tessuto che si sporca nel tempo, o plastica rigida e fastidiosa. Inoltre nonostante ci sia la zip e l'elastico regolabile, è tutto in plastica (mi pare sufficientemente rigida, finora non si è rotto niente) il che significa che si può mettere tutto nel microonde per scaldarlo e usarlo, senza bisogno di togliere l'esterno. Consiglierei solo due cose: 1) Farla arrivare in un ulteriore contenitore, perché la busta di plastica con zip in cui è arrivato aveva direttamente un'etichetta di Amazon appiccicata, ed è stato molto difficile toglierla. La busta è semplice ma utile per tenere la maschera in un luogo pulito, per cui sarebbe un peccato farne a meno solo perché arriva rovinata! 2) Stampare le istruzioni direttamente sulla busta, perché è facile dimenticarsi quanto tempo deve stare in microonde se si perde il foglietto. Certo, comunque poi bisogna regolarsi col proprio microonde, non sono tutti uguali... però è un prodotto che, si spera, non si debba usare vita natural durante, quindi ci sono periodi di non utilizzo in cui si può dimenticare come usarlo.

These eye pads are amazing and helpful for dry eyes. Easy to use microwaveable. It says can be microwaved for 30 seconds but that will be too much. I will suggest heat it up for 20 seconds to avoid burns or redness. It can give you temporary blurry vision due to compression. I like that it is washable, the one I used earlier were not washable and I had to through them away. But these are way better and gonna be last long.

Ce masque est le meilleur que j’ ai jamais utilisé pour blépharite . Les précédents ont fini éclatés dans le micro ondes , ou tout simplement les billes se sont échappées . De plus ils n’ étaient pas tellement agréables au contact . Celui-ci est doux , on arrive à étaler la partie qui a chauffé où l’ on veut sur la paupière . Bref il est parfait . Je vais en reprendre un d’ avance.
