Butane Lighter Torch Long Jet Flame Windproof Lighter with Visual Fuel Window for Fireplace Kitchen Grill BBQ Camping, Black (No Butane Included)

Dependable lighter I use to light my grill. Gets the flame close to the burners. I’ve refueled multiple times without having to purge unlike my picky cigar torch. I’ve actually used it as a cigar lighter. Flame sometimes stays on when you release the gas, maybe residual gas in tube.

These are terrible lighters. Two of them leaked all the gas I put in them within a few minutes. One of them won't light at all, and the other one lights, but lock switch is very loose and I have to physically hold it in place otherwise it locks out and won't light. I'm bummed, I was looking forward to having reusable lighters.

Good product, instruction on how to fuel it could be better though.

This isn't a perfect little torch but it does what I need it to. I only have two complaints. First, the window to see how much butane is left is very hard for me to see into. I have to hold it at a specific angle to the light then wiggle it to see the level of fuel. Fortunately that only annoys me while I'm filling it which isn't that often. Second, it won't even stay lit on it's lowest setting. At first I thought there was something wrong with it since it would light then immediately go out. Then I noticed how to increase the flame size (the dial is on the bottom. Just flip out the tiny handle and turn) and I had no problems after that. Other that these issues (which are minor to me) this is a nice little lighter that I hope to use for quite a while.

I like this product, however they didn’t last a whole year. I refilled them several times, but now they still won’t lite. I placed a second order to give them another try. They are durable and easy to use.

Time showed that looks are decieving. Torch became loose and felt unsafe just before it quit igniting completely...hard to recommend possibly unsafe product. Extremely kewl looking, flexible and well constructed torch. I am very satisfied with this low cost high quality product. The only issue I encountered is after using it a few times, it did not ignite on the first or second tries anymore. I thought i received a defective torch or that these were just more cheep junk being sold on Amazon. My goto trick when this or any personal handheld torch does not ignite is to partially cover some or all of the vents ( holes or slots built in the flame/chamber area ). I do this by touching the end if the tourch against something solid and non combustible or wrap flame area vents partially with aluminum foil. Don't cover completely, you need some air flow in the mixing flame chamber. I can only say what works for me. My experience will differ from all others. But I hope your experience is productive and enjoyable. Keep hands and other body parts away from the hot end of any torch. Don't forget to always burp any torch before refilling. (Release air from chamber). If this is not done the new gas has nowhere to go because the chamber is full of non combustible air. It's vapor locked. To vent hold torch upside down and use a toothpick or pencil tip to depress fill valve nipple. Press a few times to release trapped air. Be excellent towards each other and treat others how you like to be treated or better. Party on earthlings!!

This lighter is so much better than the standard click and push models that are out there. I have arthritic fingers and thumbs, so having to first depress a switch then fire the ignition, that they are useless. With this butane lighter it's just one easy push of one button to make it shoot a fine 1" long frame. The only hassle is having to load the butane in the unit. But so worth it.
