Fishman TriplePlay FC-1 Controller and MIDI Interface

This unit working fine with laptop Fishman soft modes working ok but not on iPad app. So on guitar only there is bleed from midi instrument.. Not sure how it works with hardware midi module But saw video saying it is bleeding also.. Useful to avoid using laptop while on stage with your hardware midi module. Also for recording with your legs on app

After reconsidering, I decided to give a second chance to Fishman TriplePlay FC1 as a resource for my home recording studio music production. First I paired the pedal to the Fishman guitar receiver following the instructions and made it work with the laptop where the DAW and VSTs are. It worked very well. There is some expected latency but acceptable. Then I disconnected the pedal USB cable from the computer and connected the pedal to my Yamaha keyboard workstation using a MIDI cable. The pedal MIDI OUT connects to the keyboard MIDI IN and the pedal MIDI IN connects to the keyboard MIDI OUT (I am using a HOSA dual midi cable). It works very well. The latency is minimal almost insignificant. The Yamaha keyboard handles the MIDI signal much better than the laptop. For live playing I think that the perfect scenario is to connect the pedal to a synthesizer module. I am happy with the Fishman TriplePlay FC-1 pedal.

This device has only Midi output so you need another device to get the sound to our amp. Just use your laptop.

Mostly got it for sustain function. Had to get into the software, but was easy to change button 3 from hold to sustain. Totally plug and play. Hooked into my DAW with no issues.
