Repairing motor cycle stripped thread
I recently had to repair a stripped spark plug thread which involved tapping a new thread and fitting a metal insert .The metal insert was coated with Permatex27200 and fitted into the cylinder head, I left the job for 24 hours to allow a full cure , started the engine up and road tested the motor cycle , all good and i was very impressed.
