Do you have 50/60 hz?

I am not sure with the hz. I just take the discretion they put. With regards to performance though, I like it. It is still working fine and perfectly suitable to what I need.

Can I use it without Submersing into water

Yes, but make sure water enters the inlet tube by itself(ex. water level higher than pump), as the pump is not self priming when not submerged.

Does it come with hose and how long is the hose?

no hose the quality is not so good (it is cheap quality)
