Fits perfectly on my 2012 Cervelo R3
I don't know why others are having a hard time with installing, but I found that the install was simple and a perfect fit with the included bar clamps. I didn't need the bushings at all. One person said the clamps are plastic, but I found that they were metal and very sturdy. Anyway, adjustments are very easy. The pads are velcro, so easily removed to access the adjustment screws on the arm rests. My biggest concern was whether I would need to move my front-mounted Garmin 510 Bike computer, but it fits just underneath the bars with about 1/4 inch clearance. I don't plan to install shifters, so I love the way they are easily removed. Bottom line, sturdy, light, comfortable and attractive looking. I recommend them.

Great for even non-racers
I do not race or enter in triathlons, etc. but I do often ride long distances (70-100 or more miles) in a day and will not ride without these again. Installation is very easy but finding the perfect fit took me a while. They are so adjustable in so many ways I'd be amazed if you can't find the right fit for you. I'm 6'3" and put these on a 61cm cyclocross bike and am quite comfortable. Similar to the T1+ and T2+ you do have to remove the arm rests for some adjustments, annoying but not that big a deal. For me dropping down on the bars adds about 1 - 1.5 mph without any extra effort. I'm gradually riding more and more miles while using them. At first my lower back muscles and upper arms were killing me but it is getting better. Having another hand position on long rides alone makes these worth buying. Make sure to tape them up. It's more comfortable if you do and the pre-cut holes for brakes whistle in cross winds if you don't.

Expensive, but for good reason
Rode across the USA (Pacific to Atlantic, 3500 miles, 2 months) using these Aerobars. Lifesaver for these long touring trips, especially in the plains where you have hundred-mile stretches that are straight and flat. Being able to switch positions and remove pressure from your hands and wrists was essential. There are cheaper options (even $20 ones) but if you are going to be using your bars a lot, I recommend investing in these (and this is coming from a dirt-poor student who lived off of the cheapest peanut butter for my bike trip). One of my riding companions had the cheaper ones and had to constantly readjust and retighten her bars, they were not as comfortable, not as durable, and overall were of poorer quality. These were always a relief to resort to, rarely ever needed adjustment, and the padding didn't wear off for the whole trip (and feel like they could handle another cross coutntry tour). Highly reccomend for tourers.

Great set of clip on aero bars!
I read many reviews before purchasing the T3's. The T4's were the same price but many people did not like the new design and said they stuck with their T3's. So I bought the T3's, I do not have anything to judge against as these are my first set but I can tell you they will adjust to pretty much any position you need them to. There are infinite adjustments that you can do to get them to fit perfect. I played around with my seat height, bar height and the T3's adjustments to get a good fit. Took me awhile but I have it dialed in now and I am learning to ride in the aero position more and more. They are comfortable on my arms, the pads are pretty much perfect. I wrapped the ends with bike tape to match the handle bars and now my bike is transforming into a good tri bike. I have been using these for about two months and everything is working great, no issues.

A great set of aero bars
Received and installed these bars a few days ago, and they are performing well. They are very adjustable for length, fit, angle, etc. They come with all the accessories you need and are fairly easy to install and adjust (there will be many adjustments!). Only knock is on the arm pads--the velcro straps on the underside are a bit fragile so don't pull them tight! Note that these are drilled so you can run cable through them if you were wanting to put shifters at the ends of the bars. I would have liked a way to [aesthetically] plug the holes instead of using black tape. Overall a very good product for the price, very adjustable, light but not easily breakable.

Not as described.
Why why why!!! would you send me a different product than described and presented in pictures. I wanted the adjustable independent elbow pad part... I tried to work this out, so I changed stem, saddle position and still didn't achieve the required body/arm/head position because of lack of adjustability. I don't think the spacer accessory from Profile designs to add some height to TT bar will help with the issue. I am frustrated because the one I got is actually listed in Amazon as a newer version and the new one is actually 40$ cheaper!

Great improvement to my road bike
I just used these for the first time today after installation. I shaved off about 15 seconds/mile from my best time on a 32 mile ride...VERY comfortable and I have to say I am much less sore post ride than I normally am. They really feel like they help harness more power and save your hands/back/shoulders some unwanted pain/strain. I found the control at lower speeds to be more difficult in terms of steering. At faster speeds it felt alright. I covered the cable holes with tape based on other user's recommendations about whistling due to wind. I'd highly recommend these...one of of the best bike improvements I've made.

How I Love Thee. Let Me Count the Ways
There are moments where we transform, and there are moments that transform us. Today, my Profile Design T3+ aerobars arrived, and let's just say that I'll literally never look back. For a guy who is technically challenged, I was able to take the aerobars right out of the box and screw them on my bike in a matter of minutes. The fact that the set up was so simple foreshadowed the bliss I was about to experience in a crouched position. When I arrived at GBP, I knew that I was going to move faster, but when my elbows rested on the cushions, it felt as if the upper part of my body was taking a nap while my legs powered like a locomotive. As I've read before, the hardest adjustment was steering my bike in a crouched position. To play it safe, when other cyclists and runners were near, I switched to an upright position. However, when there was nothing but a long, open path, I moved back to a tuck position and let my legs do the rest. Including strong head and cross winds, my average pace for 15 miles was 22 mph. I had improved my speed a little more than two mph and had cut my time by almost five minutes! Whether I would be able to maintain that speed for a longer distance I don't know, but for those 41 minutes I was flying like a guy who could ride a bike. There was even one point where I passed a cyclist who was riding a Cervelo. I won't lie. Zipping past a guy with a $3000 bike was exhilarating, not because I thought I was better, but because for that brief moment I felt as if an inexpensive clip-on aerobar gave me the opportunity to display my true athletic abilities. The best thing about it was that I was able to display my skills on a budget. If you're interested in triathlons but don't have the income to purchase an expensive bike, by all means buy a Profile Design T3+ aerobars. They may not completely level the playing field, but they will certainly shrink the distance.
