Know your ratio - good and clean rice!
Very clean rice.. just do not put a lot of water. Ideally, 1:1 ratio or 1:1.5 (rice/water mixture).

Old stock
The stock given to me was old.

Rotten rice!
The rice was rotten inside. And I didn’t even know rice could be rotten. It was smelling and it was wet and it had formed fungus in clumps inside. I’m disgusted and sick. I had to throw away the rice. 10kg of rice had to be thrown away just like that.
