the difference between the two-part is the fa-1632-b3 is a multi-pack of three and we do not offer that part number so you will have to order the fa-1632 instead

Fits 2007 F150 4.6

I don’t know why Amazon says this filter does not fit the 2007 F150 4.6 when it is the part# called for by Ford. It fits tightly and works fine.
