I can't believe I finally found this amazing flavor!!! This is real malt flavor!! I have bought other "malt products" that taste like butterscotch or anything but Malt...this is the real deal, I am beyond pleased! If you live in USA it takes longer to arrive, but it's worth the wait, I am ordering 2 more already 😍👅 👅

This product was what I needed and tastes good. My only complaint was that it leaked during shipment. Since it does not require refrigeration, I used it anyway, but was a little leary.

I ordered this to make a cake from the show The British Baking Show. Unfortunately the bottle is leaking and I cannot use it because I’m not sure it’s safe to use. The seal appears not to have popped, so I’m not sure how it could be leaking. I cleaned the jar and the next day it was leaking down the side again. Wish I could have used it.

My mother used to give us Virol when we were children, in the UK, in the 70s, brand is not around anymore, this is the closest replacement I could find and does not disappoint, I am very happy. It is healthy and tastes great.

The malt was great just like i remember as a child But took for ever to get here

it tastes exactly as I expect from a malt extract and it was viscous enough .

Good product. Did not ship well since it leaked even though it was sealed between the cap and the bottle.

Some sourdough breads require adding sugary extracts to the preferment. This malt extract is an excellent choice for that (aside from other potential uses). It does not alter the taste, and provides great nutrition for the fermentation bacteria.

J'ai acheté ce malt qui est un peu plus cher mais qui ne contient pas de sucre, uniquement du Barley Malt extract. Pour une fois qu'un produit est pur! Et comme ça vous pouvez l'utiliser pour combiner avec ce que vous voulez. Ca donne un gout de malt parfait, dans un chocolat ou dans une glace. Je recommande.

Lo utilizo para hacer pan. Para que la fermenación del mismo se lleve a cabo con estos azúcares que contine el extracto de malta. Cumple con su cometido, además aporta un sabor al pan inconfundible, aunque no se note de donde procede, sabores afrutados como pasa con la cerveza.

Great malt syrup. Used for my Pizza Dough. Was one of the best crusts I ever made. It is however very sticky!
