SInce this Delphi ignition coil doesn't have metal sleeves in the bolt holes, what should the bolts be torqued to? I have a 2008 PT Cruiser.

Since the ignition coil doesn't need much torque, use the largest washer you can in the space available and tighten moderately. While you have the inlet of - good practise to change spark plugs and wires as well (you may have already). Good luck!

Can you use old coil mounting bolts?

Yes, torque to 105 inch lbs. Or use less torque just hand tighten and a little Blue Loctite.

Does this fit mini cooper r52 convertible?

I had to go to hardware store and get different screws Longer or shorter. Can't remember). Functionally it is working fine.
