Worked very well and easy to use
Worked very well and easy to use. NOTE: 'Programming" refers to sensors, you need a different model if you want it to talk to your car or a diagnostic tool.

Worked like a charm despite being told I couldn't do it myself.
After several attempts to get my new tpms units connected to my 2018 GMC Sierra by more than one "tire shop" I gave up and ordered this unit. Worked perfectly on the first try. I was more than happy to go by said "tire shops" and show them how easy it was. My sensors were aftermarket, and I had all the info available when they tried, but the shop guys "knew what they were doing..." and there was obviously something wrong with my sensors. Wrong. They just didn't have the right equipment, despite telling me several times that they programmed "many hundreds" of those exact sensors without trouble. I called them out on their BS. One shop offered to buy my unit for a considerably lower price, of course. Told them I'd just keep it. If you need one, this is the brand to get. Works perfectly, and is easy to set up.

Worked perfectly for installing Bosch sensors on my Porsche.
This tool paid for itself the first time I programmed new sensors for my Porsche 991.2 GT3. I bought Bosch TPMS sensors for $25 each versus the “programmed and in a Porsche box” sensors for $250 each. This tool easily copied each old sensor and programmed the new sensors.

It is cabeable and has customer service.
i gave 5 stars because it did its job and because of customer service. i am not a pro just a DIY guy. The new sensors from vdo/continental redi-sensor require a setup to tell them what vehicle they are going in. The autel unit I had been using for years to activate and read sensors when swapping rims would not read the new redi-sensors. The autel reads them after the ATEQ unit set them up. So am going to sell the Autel and use the ATEQ going forward. This ATEQ will do programming and cloning of various manufacturer sensors. Also i was actually able to talk to a customer service rep who knew his product. Big plus there.

Be sure you understand what this does and doesn't do!
If you replace your TPMS sensors, this box WILL NOT program them to work on your vehicle. For that you need an OBDII tool with that capability. Beware this device, like many of the no brand devices on the market, require a subscription that usually costs half the purchase price EACH YEAR. Additionally, to activate these you are supposed to (required?) update the software which involved downloading a sketchy program to your laptop or pc and installing it. Who knows what kind of spyware/malware that installs. So what does this box do anyway? Well, it will read the current output from your TPMS- that is, you can read your tire pressure with this box when you put it against your tire. It won't program your TPMS monitors. What is the point? The sensors come from the factory programmed. I need an OBDII bi-directional unit with TPMS capabilities and these same no-name companies sell one for $800 or so but again they require a subscription of roughly half that amount ANNUALLY. I can buy a good used one from the big name tool truck for the same money, and it doesn't require an annual subscription.

Works as advertized
Worked like a champ (after some fiddling around) to unlock / program the Dill Redi-sensor 7007hp tmps sensors that I had installed on my 2015 Honda Odyssey. These Redi-sensors are VERY particular as to tool placement to get the unlock / program trigger to happen (not the Ateq tools fault) - maybe if they were unlocked prior to mounting the tire it would have been easier. But Once I got the placement figured out, the rest was a breeze. The ATEQ will trigger these almost instantly now once they were unlocked. You will need another tool to do the OBD relearn though.

Excellent for home mechanic that does want to get ripped off by big time shops
Works as described. Very easy to use and understand. The update only took a few min to download. The clone feature is the what I wanted and it worked super fast.

Best TPMS programming tool. Excellent client service.
This is the TPMS tool you need. In its database, once you update it several times depending on the sensors you plan on using/programming, you will end up with all automobile manufacturers, models and years. You also can program vertically any intelligent TPMS to your particular model. Client service was excellent and a real human being was there to help me through the process. It is actually very straightforward but you may need a little help to figure out exactly how it works. They were awesome! I had previously ordered another brand only to find out it could only program their proprietary sensors. I was using Huf IntelliSens sensors which this tool easily programmed where the other could not.

Work amazing for reading and reprogramming TPMS sensors
Works amazing for my PITA 2008 Accord with the bitchy tpms setup it has can easily read and reprogram sensors to match old sensor ID’s, you do need another device if you need to change the ID’s in the ecu. On my era of accord you have to have a functional tpms setup to turn off traction control

Weekend Warrior Meets Journeyman Mechanic
Great little machine. I had the first generation of a TPMS monitor device and this one totally outshines it. At first I was angry that I was forced to upgrade but got over it quickly. I love how I do not have to check air pressure by hand, just a quick walk around. I was able to easily program some universal NAPA TPMS sensors that I bought that were not fully programmed, and they were already in the tires on my Jeep Wrangler. It also programs some Key Fobs (I did not verify this as I do not have a FOB key) and keeps the recent data after checking all 5 tires. It has a rechargeable battery that lasts a good amount of time and is slow to lose charge when not in use. The only thing that I don’t care for is the subscription model for the TPMS database and firmware but the database is top notch. If you keep and maintain the same vehicles it is not a big deal, but a new car purchase would likely require a new subscription or a work around. This machine does virtually almost every make and type of TPMS, except perhaps Autel, an TPMS aftermarket solution for weekend warriors. This is a great product at a good price point because it pays for itself quickly if you have more than one vehicle with TPMS that you want to maintain yourself.

Call ATEQ's Support if you did not get your 2 years free activation.
On first activation of VT-37 some 8 months after purchasing this unit (because I now needed it for the upcoming snow season) I found out that the licence had expired some 4 months ago. You're supposed to get two years of free updates with the VT-37. I then phoned ATEQ's support line, left a message and had a call back one hour later. After giving my unit's serial number ATEQ's support apologized and gave me two years of free updates from my unit's original expiry date. I'm very happy with the support I got. Thank you ATEQ.

Programs Schrader EZ sensors no problem...
Best value for the money as it does everything you need it to do to program and learn TPMS sensors. Only thing it won’t do is learn some Japanese cars as they need to be learned with an OBD2 cable into the DLC. If you don’t understand what any of that means, chances are you should save your money here and just go to a tire shop, as TPMS is not like changing a light bulb, it more like programming a computer.
