Do you still need to grease the tin ? I am looking for a real nonstick tin like my Le Creuset ones.

You have to season it as per the instructions. It says to lightly butter and flour it before use each time and I must admit I do, but I don’t stress about doing it, and the loaf slides out so easily I’m not sure it’s necessary. One of the other reviewers has said she doesn’t. It’s an absolutely fabulous loaf tin, well worth the money.

Just got this and seems very large any ideas what weigh flour yeast to make a loaf to fit the tin?

I made a loaf with 750g flour at about 66% hydration and about 10/14g dried yeast it didn’t quite fill the tin once baked so going to try a kilos worth of flour next, Hope this helps.
