So I have been struggling with mood issues since my second child's birth (that is almost 4 years ago), particularly linked to my menstrual cycles. I have generally been feeling exhausted and just low energy, no enthusiasm and brain fog. My PMT symptoms have been debilitating. Honestly didn't know if all these reviews were true or not. I'm quite suspicious and understand that some company's will always try to convince you to buy there stuff and people generally will almost believe anything these days. After buying from ancestral supplements and speaking to Brian through email. I'm really astounded by this company! I have shortness of breath issue's and digestive health problems. I brought the liver and although I don't doubt the quality atal I wish I had brought the beef lungs instead as I have been smoking for good majority of my life, I have quit 6 months ago but this will be long journey to recovery. Beef lungs just seemed to make sense. I didn't truth to be told wanted go get rid of liver as its a whole complete package in the sense that beef liver is one of the most rich nutrient dense superfoods around and should cover most everyday health benefits. Lungs is one that I really need tho. I'm struggling with money. I can't afford both. I kindly emailed the company to say that although I don't doubt the liver I feel lungs is best for my current health issue I'm more than happy to send off liver and they said just to keep it and that they would be more than happy to send beef lungs if it means helping me as my health was important to them! I really have never had that kind of customer service before. Rare these days. Most company once they have your money that's it kind of thing. These guys actually, genuinely care about there customers. Never mind the quality of product. I have only took beef lungs fews days now and went for a run and already feel in very short time it's making a difference. I'm glad I discovered these guys.

I wanted to wait a while before commenting on this product as I can confidently say that they really work! I had a blood test in October 2020 and my iron level was 10 (my GP said it should be a minimum of 14) and I was feeling the effect of this each month - headaches, fatigue etc. I am menopausal. My doctor told me about OTC iron tablets but I wanted something natural and after doing my research came across these. Immediately I felt a lot better as I no longer felt cold, tired and had a lot of energy when working out at the gym ( before lockdown). I could also walk up the stairs without feeling breathless. I finished the bottle in just over a month tablets and went back for another blood test as instructed by my GP. Well, my thyroid levels had improved and my iron level had increased from 10 to 19. I have continued taking them and due to get another blood test at the end of Feb 2021 but I know that the results are good as I feel so much better and the symptoms during my monthly cycles have practically gone now, and I will stop taking them. They are big tablets but you soon get used to them and at first I was l taking 2 a day before increasing them to the required dose of 6 a day.

Excellent quality product for those that want the benefits of liver but don't actually like the taste. These capsules are super easy to swallow with not aftertaste. 4* only down to cost.

So I have been a vegetarian now for over a decade. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue that I now manage very well with a clean diet. I decided after a lot of research to try these capsules to see if it would benefit my energy and my hair skin and nails. So I am about to start my second month and I am taking 6 caps a day. I have been experiencing on off flares of my symptoms in the past few months and have noticed that the fatigue is not accompanying the pain which is new. My recovery seems quicker. Also I am loosing body fat, which I have been finding difficult as a 54yr young woman. So I started intermittent fasting again 16-8 and over the last year could not do it. Since taking these tablets I have found it easy to do. This tells me my body has the nutrients it needs to allow me to fast. My skin has been remarked on as looking good lately also, I have started using an led face mask and this has helped. But 5 weeks ago I had a facial skin graft and everyone is amazed at my healing. I think the vitamin A found in this supplement has giving my body a real healing boost. I will continue to monitor my benefits and gratefully thank the beautiful animals that I am benefiting from and Brian who has offered me quality information.

Absolutely FANTASTIC product!!! I have only been taking the Beef Liver capsules for almost 2 weeks and I already feel such a huge difference in my energy and I’m focusing so much better!! It’s amazing & I still can’t believe it! It’s the only thing i have done differently - take these capsules.. I often feel so tired no matter how much sleep I get, but the past 2 weeks of taking the Beef Liver capsules has done wonders for me! I have also only been taking 2 a day as it’s my first time taking them and I will increase. My reason for purchasing is because the Ancestral company come highly recommended by many on Instagram and I’m in the preconception phase to build a healthy, strong baby - I read the article on the Ancestral site for growing a strong healthy baby and I found it very helpful!! I started taking one "Beef Liver" tablet since early July, up to three tablets daily a week later followed Brian's guideline. In late July, I added "Blood Vitality" into my daily consumption along with "Beef Liver" with the same approach I did with "Beef Liver" - one tablet daily, then gradually up to three. Regarding how I feel so far, I found it so much easier walking uphill, this same walking route was quiet a challenge for me in the past year, I used to be short of breath at some point and the worse that I experienced was my heart pumped so fast and hard like it’s about to jump out from my body. I now can walk up that same hill without the breathing and heart palpitation issues. About my menstruation, less pre-menstrual syndromes this last one, the cycle returned to 28 days (it was average 25 days in the past year) which I’m very pleased! It was still a bit uncomfortable during the period, but I would describe it “sore” instead of “pain” that I suffered a lot before. Another good thing is I can see the natural pink colour of my lips returning gradually, they were sometime purple and sometime pale. I’m hoping to see the things that I mentioned above continue to improve.

The container came really deformed .. I like the product in general but the fact of deformation of the box is not really acceptable.

UPDATE: I just wanted to update you with my progress with my pernicious anemia and taking your supplements, the liver, bone marrow and trachea. I’ve started slowly and worked my way up to 4 of the liver and bone marrow pills each day for 7 weeks now and recently started the trachea and am up to 2 pills a day. I just went back in for a recheck on my b12 levels and they went from the 420’s before I started your supplements and after stopping b12 injections due to horrible side effects I was having and now my levels are over 2000, that’s as high as a number they can measure. My levels have never been that high even on injections. Lets just say I could feel that they were helping but just getting the phone call from the doctors office with that news was like I want to throw the biggest party ever knowing I will not be forced to do those injections again that made me feel like I was going crazy with the side effects. I have been also taking Jarrow methyl b12 sublingual pills in addition but will now be backing down on those. The only concern that I still have is fatigue but I did just start the magnesium oil you sent out and hoping that will help out a bit. I also realized the other day that I inadvertently took 2 liver pills and not any of the bone marrow and had energy so I’m also going to back down a bit on the bone marrow pills to see if it will help. I just wanted to update you on how my journey had been going and not only have I been feeling better and functioning better but the proof in black/white with the blood results shows it does work. I know stumbling across your products when I just stopped the injections and was in complete despair I figured I had nothing to risk, but I truly did not realize all that I had to gain. And might I also mention my appetite has improved so much that I’m eating more, my stomach seems to be working better and I’ve gained 9 lbs!!! Most would think I’m crazy being happy gaining weight but I haven’t been able to gain weight and consistently hold on to it since I was diagnosed with the pernicious anemia 13 years ago. I started taking the liver pills for my pernicious anemia and all the symptoms I was having because of it. I have started the liver pills, so far going slowly and so far so good. It does give me a lil pep of energy and just makes me feel like a weight of anxiety lifts off my shoulders. I started super slow just because I'm always an exception to the rule but tomorrow I will be up to 2 pills and for me that's great. I figure in the next couple days I will also start the bone marrow supplement since I'm doing well with the liver pills. I'm excited to keep going and really can't wait to see what it does for me. I'm so happy that I found some hope when I found this supplement, not having to take the dreaded b12 injections as my body does not agree well with them will be a miracle. I feel more energised and perform better in my trainings whenever I take the supplements. As they are rather costly, I take them every other day. Will continue taking them
