I love it! Looks and works great. This took most of our camping gear: tent, sleeping bags, chairs, canopy, stove, and 2 gal water jug. Reduces clutter and improves organization. Fits our Mazda cx50 great. We downsized from 3-row suv and we have comparable storage with this. Very managable to mount and store. Outside dimensions are about 70x30x10" but interior height is about 8" max. Mpg impact was negligible and well worth it for the space and organization. Only downside is some extra wind noise. I may just leave it on all summer for trips.

So far loving this box. I needed something low profile and looks really great. No noticeable wind noise when driving. Security seems good and I'm really happy with this product. The installation was a breeze and was able to lift it up and install it by myself. No tool installation, took 20 minutes. My only gripe is the packaging from Amazon came real beat up from shipping. I don't think this is at fault of the seller. Luckily the cargo box itself was well wrapped up and didn't get damaged. Would probably be a pain to try and return if it did.

Yes, it’s expensive but well-designed. The clamps are a definite improvement over previous designs. I had a Yakima BT16 box for over 15 years and it performed well. Frankly, the quality and mounting ease of this box are at least the equal of the Yakima. NOTE: Mounted on our Hyundai Santa Fe, there is just two inches of clearance under the garage door opening. No other cargo box I found would have fit into the garage on our SUV.

best low profile car ‘attic’ for the money. no noticeable noise increase or loss of mpg but ymmv.. great price.. very well built. Also, the clamping mechanism is top notch. No nuts/bolts to unscrew to remove. Can install/remove to/from racks very quickly.

Love the low profile and the ease of installation, and it looks great on my Toyota 4Runner. Deserves 5 stars if not for Amazon’s poor customer service. The day after it was delivered, they dropped the cost by 19%. No recourse on what I’d originally paid, and I was told I’d need to return it and reorder to get the lower price. But, because it was shipped by freight, it’s too big to return. Do better, Amazon!!!

This is a low profile roof carrier that allows me to drive into my garage with carrier in place. Most other models are much taller and would not fit under the garage door. Super easy to install onto my roof rack aero bars. And enough room to mount on bicycle on the roof at same time.

This cargo box is perfect for our situation where the trunk of our car is a tad too small when we packed for longer trips. It fits more then we expected. The slim profile compliments well our Subaru outback so we keep it on permanently. We are very happy with the purchase despite not being cheap.

I need a low-profile roof box to still fit in my garage and this nailed it. While it is not the longest, it fits everything I need. It is also pretty light weight and easy to install.
