simone perele shapewear; please tell me what the numbers 1,2,3,4,5 convert to in USA women's sizes?

I know I wear a size 12 and the 4 was perfect.

Does the lace part also smooth and sculpt? And is the crotch cotton?

The lace part does not really sculpt but it is smooth. I have only worn this under skirts so I’m not sure how it is with pants. The crotch is cotton.

simone perele top model high waist shaper, code 16R774 in Australia is 14-3, what size does that convert to in the US, their sizing is 1 - 6

Mine where size 1 wich is xsmall, in Canada. I don't know if the sizing in Australia. Size 14 should be a 5, XL. I'm 120 lbs and i take XS. Hope this helps.
