These have been a big upgrade from the Honeysticks we had. The color shows up right away without him having to press hard, which keeps him from giving up after two seconds. Love the vibrant colors and smoothness when coloring. The block shape is my favorite part. They don’t snap like regular crayons, and he ends up using them for more than just coloring. He lines them up, stacks them, and builds little towers with them, it’s so fun! I also prefer the small size of this set. The simplicity is more appropriate for his age and he actually uses all of them instead of bouncing between too many options. They feel solid and well made, and I like knowing they’re a safer material since everything goes in his hands and near his mouth. Would buy again 100% - worth the money.

As a mom and grandmother to many who is concerned about our family's health and well being (and also an artist!), the quality and toxicity of products we use is very important to me. For many years I have purchased these very crayons, in various forms, for my children and grandchildren. We simply love to make art, and use quality tools to do so. And should a toddler or baby decide they wanted a taste of these lovely sticks, there is no need to worry about upset tummies or discolored lips. With a beeswax base and naturally-derived pigments, there is never a concern for such. So if you're looking for crayons for your little ones that you can feel good about, these are definitely it! Not the cheap versions you pick up at Walmart, but certainly worth every penny!

I bought these bright crayons for my one year old. He is not quite ready to draw yet but they are the very best option for early artists. I love that they are easy to hold and that they basically make a mark any way that you put them on the paper. Great intense color too! Wonderful packaging (my little one loves holding the tin they come in). I would recommend these high quality crayons to everyone and will be buying some for gifts.

I previously tried another brand made from beeswax and was highly disappointed because my 18 month old had to press really hard to see it. This brand however, is wonderful!!! It glides on easily and smoothly and my little one is able to see results which builds her confidence to color more. The colors are beautiful!. I was hesitant to spend this much money on crayons because she's a thrower, but they've held up again and again. Definitely worth the investment. Wish I would have bought these originally.

I was looking for a non-toxic product for a toddler that loves to put everything in their mouth. These German made (i.e. high quality) crayons are block shaped without any paper and perfect for little hands and made of beeswax. The tin and blocks are a game all in one. It comes with a sharper that an adult will need to utilize and store separately. Most important, the toddler is coloring with them and then puts the blocks back into the tin- love the design!

Stockmar beeswax block crayons are WONDERFUL for toddlers, who are still learning fine motor skills. They are bright colors, easy to hold, and so fun to use. The tin in which they come is a wonderful way to store them (and makes them portable in a diaper bag, as well, for those interminable minutes of waiting for food to come at a restaurant... ). We love these, use them like crazy, and gift them to toddlers on holidays and birthdays all over the place. :) Highly recommended.

I only recently learned about Stockmar crayons having grown up using only Crayola crayons. These are very sturdy (no breakage yet even though my not-yet 16 month old son has used them fairly roughly), do not smell, and are made of beeswax instead of who-knows-what toxic substances. Yes, this set is pricey, but the crayons seem like they will last for a long time and come in a beautiful little tin. My only complaint is that some of the colors in this set are very similar (all in the red-orange family).

El producto llegó abierto, los crayones se mancharon unos con otros. Viene con color negro, el cual no se puede usar con niños pequeños, que en teoría es para los que están pensandos los crayones rectangulares. Son suaves para dibujar.
