It’s ok the blade dulls quickly other than that it’s sturdy.

This is an amazing tool to have.

This saw is great for reaching tight spots where a traditional hacksaw’s frame would get in the way. And the blade cuts easily through hard material like the bone knife handle I purchased this saw to trim. But the finish on the blade is very poor quality and leaves orange paint residue all over whatever I’m cutting. I can grind the paint off the bone I’m working with using my rotary tool, but that’s not the point. A saw shouldn’t stain what you’re cutting. It just needs to cut. I’m not going to return this, but I don’t recommend you buy it either.

Bought this hack saw to cut an old 1-1/2” galvanized steel drain pipe. Made several cuts. It came with a 24 TPI blade. This worked well, just have to be patient. It takes a while to get all the way through the steel pipe — one hour of patient sawing without forcing it. Slow and steady wins the race! The blade will need replacing someday if I want to cut another steel pipe but it’ll easily work for PVC. This was a really good buy (under $10) since the handle is built pretty well, is comfortable to hold and it’s easy to change the blade.

Very nice saw, bought it to cut toilet bolts off and worked very well.

It is not the best tool I ever had, but it does the small cutting jobs.

This mini hack saw outperformed a full size, heavy duty one! I was attempting to cut the tip off of a 1cm steel alloy rod, but it was taking forever with the full size saw and the blade on that eventually snapped in half. I decided to try my mini saw, and it finished the job in only a few minutes, and did a second rod too. I made sure I was using the correct blade for the job, so I feel this is a solid performance comparison.

I used this to cut a stripped screw from my pc and it was perfect of course you can use it for what its for but still a great saw
