Why have the ingredients changed? ive been using for 3yrs & past few boxes have not been the samr

Thanks for reaching out! The packaging for BiopHresh has been updated. Additionally, the names of the species of Lactobacillus in the probiotic blend have changed based on species re-naming by the scientific community. We strive to be up to date on all the latest research, though it can sometimes lead to confusion. The ingredient/blend remains the same despite these name changes.

How long do you use it for?

I never used when came, because when I receive I didn't open, I just came to use after 1 month, so when I open the box the capsules was spoiled. TIP: When the amazon to transport some medicine have to be careful with sun, because change the medicine's composition. Thanks for your attention!!!
