It’s salt. What can I say. Well, if i haven’t used kosher salt before beware that the flakes are bigger and you will need to use less than you normally would. Kosher salt is the way to go. ✊🇮🇱

Using this over a decade, still buying it
A great salt for cooking with - intermediate size grain so perfect for focaccia, steaks and other foods that need more than fine grain salt. I'll use standard coarse salt for bulk things like the pasta water - this would be wasted in that.

Taste like salt
Thought I'd give this a try as I'm looking for an alternative to regular salt and that pink salt stuff (waste of money). This has really enhanced my flavor of food. Total game changer, from salting water to seasoning food. Whish I brought this before.
