wrong size sent
way too expensive for these types of mistakes. mislabeled products cost much more time and money. they sent way too small hdc fittings I was expecting hdc 16mm and got 14mm labeled as 16mm instead. this is not the first negative experience I've had with ek this year I wish their products had more competition aesthetically.

Beschichtung chargenabhängig
Habe mir die Fittings mehrmals bestellt, wieder zurückgeschickt und neu bestellt. Hintergrund war, dass die Beschichtungen unterschiedlich ausfallen. Besonders an den Kanten schimmert das Messing durch. Etwas suboptimal.Auch etwas fummlig ist die Abdichtung zur Tube. Die Dichtringe müssen unbedingt richtig sitzen, ansonsten muss man mit einer Leckage rechnen. Der Schlüssel für die Fittinge von EK ist ein netter Marketing-Gag, braucht man aber mit etwas kräftigen Fingern nicht zwingend.
