MidTen Red Laser Bore Sight Kit for .177 to 12GA Caliber, Laser BoreSighter

Easy to use. Lots of includes adapters for every caliber. Was able to bore sight a .223 rifle and a 9mm pistol with no problems. The laser is strong enough to see in daylight. Would buy again.

Works great if you know how to tune the adapter. You will have to discover that the adapter is screwed on a cone-shaped end of the device. As you screw the adapter on the rod, the cone forces the adapter's arms to spread, increasing the adapter's diameter. This is how the adapter's diameter is tuned to match the exact diameter of the bore. Until you learn this, your impression will be that the adapters are either too loose or too large to fit in the bore.

This set is the easiest & cheapest way to perfectly align & sight in scopes, sights and/or lasers with the barrel for perfect accuracy. You simply change the end for the caliber you need & insert into the end of the barrel. If you have more than 1 firearm or have anything that has optics or targeting aids this is so much easier, faster & cheaper than buying bore sight rounds for every caliber you own. (Bore sight is a bullet casing in the caliber you firearm takes, in place of the actual "bullet" is a laser emitter. This allows you to load it into your firearm like a normal bullet & have a red laser beam shooting out of the barrel. You can then adjust your optics and/or sights to align with the red dot.)

Nicely made, good quality, various calibers a plus! HOWEVER a pic is shown with sighter inside an M14/M1a rifle. You can NOT use this to check iron sights on this rifle. The shaft on the sighter is not long enough by at least a 1/4 inch because of the length of the flash hider...for which the front sight is on. You can remove it to use sighter to check a scope on the M1a/m14 but thats it. Im keeping it though for other rifles.

Bought this to fit a variety of guns including a .177 caliber pellet gun. The scope was way out of alignment, but with only five shots had it back on zero. Same for adjusting laser sight on my Glock 9mm. Sight had been knocked out of alignment accidentally. After using the MidTen Laser bore sight I was able to align the laser to zero in just a few minutes. This tool is accurate, a time saver and is a new favorite for my range kit.

Ordered one of these in 2022, I haven’t had a use for it until now in spring of 2026. One good thing about this product is they give you extra batteries. The initial three batteries that I put in the tool when I received it were dead. I wanted to bore sight my Ruger 10/22, and after inserting the tool and checking the scope I noticed it was WAY off. When I spun the tool I could clearly see the dot rotate in a circle. How are you supposed to bore sight with a tool that’s not calibrated? I was able to adjust it by putting the tool in my cordless drill. I placed the drill on the floor and aimed at the wall. Operating the drill allows you to see travel of the red dot and you can adjust the Allen head screws to get it centered. I gave it two stars because it should have come to me perfectly centered. This is an example of you get what you pay for.

Easy to use and includes everything you need. Very useful for getting your rounds on the paper and then dialling it in from there. Definitely recommend.

Great plan, terrible execution. Logic says it should help, but it doesn't. This thing has NEVER helped me get onto paper. Laser is good to 50m. in twilight, I'll give it that.
